Refund Policy

Hyperion Auto Transport must be made aware of any order cancellations by customers in writing. Should any order be canceled by customer after submission, but before assignment to a motor carrier for any reason, an administrative cancellation charge of $50 per vehicle will be assessed. Hyperion Auto Transport will not refund any deposit payments or prepayments for services not canceled in writing more than 72 hours in advance of scheduled pickup. Any deposit payment or prepayment for any shipment canceled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup will be retained by Hyperion Auto Transport.

Shipper warrants that he will accept the refund agreed upon with Hyperion Auto Transport for canceled orders, and will not seek to charge back a credit card or stop a check to offset any dispute. Department of Transportation regulations require that all refunds must be filed in writing before refund be processed.

This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of Hyperion Auto Transport and constitutes the entire agreement between shipper and Hyperion Auto Transport and may not be changed except in writing signed by an officer of Hyperion Auto Transport.
